The 50^th Anniversary of the first World Surfing Titles Dinner.

The following images celebrate, some of our most influential surfers and manufacturers that paved the way in the early days of surfing. It was a great night, and it bought back so many good memories and quite a few laughs at the stories, of some of the legends.

Midget went on to win the event and for some, it was the catalyst to their surfing story as with myself I went the next day and borrowed a board, and started my surfing lifestyle, which is still going 60 years later.
